Roswell Delirium is an emotionally charged 1980s science fiction thriller set in an alternate history of the 1980s, when the United States is hit by a wave of nuclear attacks, and in the aftermath, those left behind pretend that everything is normal, even though they are all suffering from radiation poisoning. A young girl named Mayday tries to establish contact via a series of radios with her father, who is in space on a shuttle mission. Instead of establishing contact, she receives an intergalactic distress call from space that takes her on a journey to Space Rock, the land where Area 51 once stood. She is exposed to high levels of radiation, and within days all of her organs begin to fail. Knowing that treatment will not help, her mother Wendy returns her to Spacerock to give to the aliens, hoping that they can save her.
